The Registration Reports is one of the most popular reports on imATHLETE. I'm not surprised about that. After all, it's a really great report. If you haven't seen it, it's the snapshot into all aspects of your registration: total participants, race breakdown, age breakdown, location, year over year progress and more.
One question that has come up is how race changes (aka class changes) are handled in the report. Well, we've heard your question and we've answered it.
We have added a new section to the Registration Report that splits out all race changes.
Here is what the report top of the report has looked like up until now. Notice the new checkbox on the top right that says "include changes"
If you click on that checkbox here's what you'll see:
A new line appears called Total Changes. This represents the number of people that have changed races/classes.
Below that is a line called Total Change Revenue ($). This is how much money has been collected from those registration changes.
You'll notice that participants will always remain the same, but the "Total Registrations" number will switch to "Total Registrants". If you show changes, we are showing to total amount of registrations that have gone through the system, INCLUDING changes. If you unclick "Include Changes", than we will show Total Registrants - the amount of people that have registered, regardless of how many times they've done so.
How To Use It
Want to see how much revenue has come through your system? Want to know which races have the most registrations? Make sure you have "Include Changes" checked.
However, if you want to see the number of people in each Class, just uncheck "include changes" and - bam - it's there.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
